Fast and professional. I emailed photos of my bathroom and got a very quick price estimate for reglazing my bathtub and tiles. Very satisfied with the process and outcome.

I thought it would be difficult to trust a company to have the bath tubs in several of apartments resurfaced seeing that i am based in DC. After calling three companies New Superior seemed to be the right fit for me. They exceeded on the first tub I gave them and transformed my downtown bathroom after trusting them with the first few. I completely recognize their quality of work. Definitely recommend them to whomever is hesitant of trusting someone in their homes!!!

The guy that came did a great job. I had two bathtubs re-glazed and both of them look soooo much better now.

We had our tub and our tile glazed a couple of months ago. I've been waiting to post a review because I wanted to see how it stood up. It completely covered pink and black tile - it's white and really looks lovely. The guy that did the work (sorry I can't remember his name) was awesome and did a great job. The room was stinky and unusable for a couple of days - thank goodness we had a window in our bathroom to help vent the stink. When I took my first shower after it dried I found the nonskid coating wasn't non-skid enough, and asked them to come back and fix it.

They had no problem coming back, but the other guy who came the 2nd time was like "there's nothing wrong with the nonskid". I said "Your company said there was so..."

He did the work, but instead of placing MORE nonskid strips, he instead placed additional nonskid strips on TOP of the first nonskid strips. Because it's so stinky and everything was covered up I couldn't see what he did until a couple of days later. The nonskid he put on works - it wasn't sprayed over to the point of being slippery - but I would have preferred additional strips to just covering up the old ones. Oh, and instead of throwing out garbage, he wrapped wet cloths, paint-covered globes, etc into a ball and taped it shut and left it on the floor. A foot away from a garbage can. I was like...I know he saw the garbage can, so what gives?

All in all, a good experience, but if I knew better, I would have asked him directly about the nonskid fix.

The guys that came to do 2 of my bathtubs were on time and did the job beautifully. It was the first time that I got my bathtubs re-glazed but it definitely won't be the last.

Extremely professional outfit. They did a great job on my tub! And when they made a mistake (unplugging my small freezer and spoiling the food), they reimbursed me quickly for the loss. For both reasons, I give New Superior Tub Refinish Corporation a 100 percent endorsement!!!!
